Why is there a charge on my card?

This is either a one-time payment for Nonoba Coins, or a recurring charge for the Doctor Puzzle Club or Player.IO.

Can I get a receipt?

We always send you a receipt for each payment to the email address you used when you signed up for the respective service. You can also log in to the service you signed up for, and find your payments under your account pages.
